Lieke Hulshof is a certified Life Art Coach specialised in intuitive painting, murals, and transformative art sessions. She has guided many individuals and groups to reconnect with their authentic expression through creativity and embodiment.

 

Having lived for seven years in India, she deepened her practices in meditation, creativity, dance, and movement, which now form the heart of her work. Lieke is the author of Swimming with Whales and is writing her second book on feminine embodiment. She is currently based in the Netherlands. She is also the founder of Adara Farmstay, a holistic centre in the Himalayan foothills of India.

 

Like the body needs food, the soul needs inspiration and creativity. Through dancing, painting, singing and living, we find our voice. We are creators. Art connects us to our authenticity, so that we can express and share it. This is the greatest healing we can give the world.
